Crowds of more than 100,000 spectators intently gather each Summer at New York's West 4th. Street courts, which bring together the city's best up-and-coming basketball players.
The games have become legendary, sparking rivalries that reminds one of NBA or college-level intensity.
In fact, NBA stars Anthony Mason and Stephon Marbury came into view playing at the West 4th. St. arena — also known as “The Cage” — and other notables such as Dr. J, Jayson Williams and Walter Berry have graced the asphalt.
This project won three Art Director's Club Awards.
